Culinary Program:
To qualify a student candidate must be male, at least 20 years of age. Individuals entering the Culinary Program must have the following:
- Completed a long-term recovery and discipleship program.
- Be drug and alcohol free and plan on staying sober! (At least one year clean)
- Be open to counsel and teaching of Scripture.
- Have a GED or High School Diploma, and be able to obtain copies of the transcripts.
- Have a photo ID available.
He must also be motivated to commit the time and effort to complete this challenging curriculum and be willing to comply with the rules and regulations of the school.
The candidate must exhibit his ability through a high school diploma or GED

PREP Program:
To qualify a student candidate must be male, at least 20 years of age and demonstrate a financial need. Individuals entering the PREP Program must have the following:
- Be free of drugs and alcohol for at least 30 days, and purpose to stay free of drugs and alcohol.
- Be open to counsel and teaching of Scripture.
- Have a photo identification.
- Show proof of GED or High School Diploma.
- (No narcotic medications are permitted in the school).
