In order to allow more people the opportunity to become VTS students, Victory Trade School has developed a new residential program called GED.
- Candidates for this program must declare their intent to enter the Culinary or PREP Programs upon entry, and be willing to attend GED classes each weekday (a total of 17.5 hours per week).
- Participants in this program must work at least 12 hours at an assigned job duty, attend a prayer breakfast and Christian-based classes each weekday, and follow all rules. Students are not permitted to work out-side of the program; room/board and a small weekly stipend are provided.
- GED is typically a 4 – 6 month program but this time varies from student to student. Tutors are available to assist participants in receiving the diploma.
Upon completion, participants may enter Victory Trade School.
