Hands On Experience at Victory Trade School

 

At Victory Trade School, students receive hands-on training to prepare them for the food service industry. This takes place in one of our kinesthetic learning laboratories:

Cook's Kettle Restaurant

Cook's Kettle Restaurant

Students learn as they master various job positions in our student-operated restaurant. The Cook’s Kettle is a model of how a restaurant can serve good food while practicing hygiene and sanitation. The student-operated restaurant provides variety in the menu and customers are served with professionalism.

 

The Branch Bistro & Catering

Students learn as they master various job positions in our student-operated restaurant and catering services. The Branch Bistro is the cafeteria and catering service at the Assemblies of God Headquarters building, just two blocks from campus. The Branch provides variety in the menu and customers are served lunch daily.
