Victory Trade School provides students a safe environment in which to live, study, work and socialize together. The students enjoy a campus that affirms Christian values and the worth of each individual. This unique environment enables students to develop interpersonal skills as they learn teamwork while preparing for an exciting new career.
The core curriculum of the Culinary Program is balanced with Christian-based life skills classes, interpersonal courses, conflict resolution, and Bible studies.
While attending Victory Trade School, men and women find opportunities beyond the classroom in the following areas:
- Hands-on training
- Visiting chef program/Guest speakers
- Opportunities with the American Culinary Federation - Springfield/Branson Chapter
- Leadership opportunities through manager-in-training (MIT) program
- Supervision opportunities through Sous Chef-in-training (SIT) program
- Cooperative decision making
- On-site student chaplain
- Weekly Bible-based/self-help classes and group discussions
- Involvement in local churches

Victory Trade School offers intensive training in the foodservice industry, providing the career advantage of seven (yes seven!) nationally recognized certificates in hospitality and a ManageFirst professional credential in as little as one year!
