
The Branch Bistro & Catering is our newest culinary learning laboratory. Located in the Assembly of God Headquarters building on Boonville, the Branch is open for lunch daily to the public, simply inform the reception desk you are headed down for lunch, walk down the short stairs and the Branch is just ahead. We have menu boards and display cases out to show the Chef's specials daily.
At the Branch, VTS Culinary students rotate through a variety of laboratory internship positions including both Front of House and Back of House areas. The student will begin as a steward and work their way through food running, cooking and catering functions, experiencing hands-on learning along the way from our top notch instructing chefs. We have a Certified Executive Chef, French Pastry Chef, Certified Chef as well as a Catering Instructor on staff to provide instruction.
Our catering service is operated out of the same kitchen, and serves both internal functions as well as events at other locations or venues.
